WHAT HAS FUELED YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? Excellence in customer service, product quality, dedication of employees and innovative product development.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE TO YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? Ninety percent of our products fit into niche markets.  The one product we have that would fit the larger population has been difficult to launch due to insurance reimbursement issues.

DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? We are introducing a new product line aimed at venous edema that will place us in a new market place, and we are expanding our current products into the wound care market.

WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM? Kyle Harmon, Summit Place.  He is a professional businessman.  His dedication to his customers is readily apparent and sincere.  Sheldon Lenz, M&I Bank, Ruby Isle.  Dedicated to his customers, aways available and treats his small business customers as most would treat their multi-million dollar customers.  Sincere interest and support of my business.  Dave Henshaw, Quality Business Forms. I have known Dave for over 10 years.  As my favorite sales rep, he has called me or stopped by weekly.  He knows my conference schedule, reminds me of them and deadlines for marketing materials.  He is the perfect example of a salesperson who works for another company but becomes a valuable part of his customer’s company.

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS?  Stable conservative companies will see continued growth.
