Tom Watson rejoined Hoffman York’s Milwaukee office as senior vice president of client service to handle the Merillat cabinetry business and new business development. For the last 13 years Watson worked for Harley-Davidson Inc., Milwaukee. Watson has a bachelor’s degree from Lawrence University.

The Museum of Wisconsin Art, West Bend, added Andy Larsen and Susan Hulce Cerletty to its board of directors. Larsen is vice president/director of public relations for Boelter + Lincoln Marketing Communications, Milwaukee. Cerletty is the founder of Cerletty Associates Ltd., Milwaukee, a boutique consulting firm for health care organizations across the United States; she is also the former president of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and helped create the Rehabilitation Institute of Milwaukee.     

Banking & Finance

RBC Dain Rauscher Inc., Minneapolis, Minn., hired Scott Bern and Phillip Geygan as vice president-financial consultants in the company’s Mequon office. Bern worked the last 19 years as a second vice president of investments with Smith Barney, New York. Geygan recently worked as a vice president, financial advisor with Raymond James Financial, St. Petersburg, Fla.

Jerry Herzog joined Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., Parsippany, N.J. as business development manager. Herzog has a marketing degree from UW-Milwaukee. Prior to joining Securitas, Herzog worked at Norlight Telecommunications, Brookfield, as a sales manager for the commercial sales division.

Waukesha State Bank, Brookfield, promoted Natalie Berndt to bank manager of its Oconomowoc office. Berndt replaces Heather Pfalz who will manage the bank’s new office in Sussex. Berndt joined Waukesha State Bank in 1998 and has a degree in  accounting from UW-Oshkosh.

Robert Schmitt joined The Jansen Group, Inc., Milwaukee as executive vice president.  Schmitt holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Valparaiso University. Prior to joining The Jansen Group, Schmitt worked for JBK Properties, Milwaukee.

Michael Milsted joined Right Management, Milwaukee, as vice president, client services consulting. Prior to joining Right Management Milsted worked as a professions solutions manager for Manpower Inc., Glendale. Milsted has a bachelor’s of science degree in social welfare from the UW-Madison. 

Rhonda Fritz joined MasterLink Corporation, Menomonee Falls, as a controller. Fritz has more than 12 years accounting experience, most recently as director of accounting at Concord Development Company, Mequon. Fritz has a bachelor’s of science degree in elementary/middle school education from UW-Stevens Point as well as an accounting major from Carroll College.

Governor Jim Doyle appointment Preston Cole to the Natural Resources Board. Cole is the environmental services superintendent for the City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works Operations Divisions. Cole has a bachelor’s of science degree in forest management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Cole is the past chair of the board of trustees for the National Arbor Day Foundation.

Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians, Thiensville, elected new officers; John Brill, M.D., New Berlin, is the new board chair, Lowell Keppel, M.D., Brookfield is president, Andrea Gavin, M.D., Plymouth, is president-elect, Suzanne Gehl, M.D., Mequon continues as treasurer, Corazon Loteyro, M.D., Plover and Alan Schwartzstein, M.D., Oregon were elected 1st and 2nd vice presidents, respectively.

Chris Handwork joined Serve You – Custom Prescription Management, Milwaukee, as a sales executive for its Central United States territory. Handwork has more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, managed care and pharmacy benefit management. Prior to joining Serve You, Handwork was regional vice president at National Medical Health Card in Port Washington. 

Stephen Gardner joined The Sleep Wellness Institute, West Allis, as director of marketing. Gardner is a 30-year veteran of Milwaukee area health care marketing and public relations, and served as an account executive for the past year with the marketing communications agency that represented the Institute. Gardner previously worked as vice president of communications for BloodCenter of Wisconsin.

Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls, added four doctors to its medical staff including Claire Louvar-Canga, DO Family Practice Medical Associates Health Centers; Laurie B. Amundsen, M.D. Anesthesiology Falls Anesthesia Associates; Chad E. Hotink, M.D. Ophthalmology West Bend Clinic; Manila Sodhi, M.D. Internal Medicine Medical Associates Health Centers.

Lori Konkler joined S & L Hospitality, Madison, as front office director at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oconomowoc. Prior to joining the Hilton Garden Inn, Konkler was the front office manager at Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Konkler has a degree in hotel, restaurant and tourism management from UW-Stout.

Patrise Klemz joined BenePac, Inc., Milwaukee, as a commercial account executive.  Klemz has more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry having run the Klemz Insurance Agency from 1989 to 2000.

Carmen Eskra joined Theiss Interior Design, Ltd., Milwuakee. Eskra is a graduate of Mount Mary College Interior Design Program. 

Andrew Kiedrowski joined Schroeder Solutions, New Berlin, as facilities coordinator. Prior to joining Schroeder Solutions Kiedrowski worked as a warehouse manager at a window and door distributor and a fast food distributor.

Attorney Renae Aldana with Quarles & Brady LLP, Milwaukee, was elected president of the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association. Aldana previously served the association as a board member and president-elect. Aldana has a bachelor’s degree and a law degree from UW-Madison.

Wisconsin Dental Association, West Allis, welcomed four new trustees: Dr. David Kenyon will represent Northwest Region 1. Kenyon has a general dentistry practice in Altoona. New Berlin resident and Hales Corners general dentist Dr. Thomas Raimann will serve as one of three Milwaukee-area Region 3 trustees on the board. Dr. L. Stanley Brysh, of Middleton and chair of the Department of Dentistry at Madison’s Meriter Hospital, is the newest trustee from Southwest Region 5. Milwaukee resident Laura Barrette is a third-year dental student at Marquette. She will represent all of the school’s dental students on the WDA board for one year.
