As the CEO and founder of Milwaukee-based Silver Rock Consulting, Karen Hung works with clients to lead businesses – including Ascension, Kohler Co., Johnson Controls and Goodwill Industries – through transformation, helping companies co-create business models that drive momentum and sustainable growth, according to colleague Kimberly Kane, president and CEO of Kane Communications Group.
Prior to founding Silver Rock, Hung was senior vice president and global chief marketing officer at Lands’ End. She also has held executive positions at General Electric, Ann Taylor, and Citigroup.
“Karen specializes in guiding organizations through the transformation from their first 100 years or era to a vision for the next century, turning that vision into strategic, actionable business models and strong leadership teams,” Kane said.
Hung serves on the boards of directors of the Harvard Business School Club of Wisconsin as immediate past president, the Rotary Club of Milwaukee as past president and Milwaukee Women inc. as vice chair. The mission of Milwaukee Women inc. is to increase the representation of women on boards.
