Andy Weins is a U.S. Army veteran and the founder and owner of Butler-based Camo Crew Responsible Junk Removal.

Under his leadership, Camo Crew has diverted hundreds of tons of material from landfills while providing stable employment, especially to fellow veterans,” said Emmy Thiel, business administrator at Camo Crew.

Weins has more than 20 years of military service, including service during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and as a U.S. Army Reserve career counselor.

He is a speaker and trainer on leadership, workforce development and veteran reintegration. Through his workshop, The Language of Leadership, he mentors business owners and teams in communication and mindset strategies to foster personal accountability and growth.

“Andy’s unique ability to combine environmental responsibility, workforce empowerment, and leadership education continues to shape both his industry and his community,” Thiel said.
