Samantha Maldonado, principal at Chaska Consulting and business strategy coach at Spectrum Nonprofit Services, has more than 15 years of experience in business transformation, organizational development, people and culture strategy and executive leadership coaching.

“Samantha is a collaborative, transformational leader and a catalyst for change. With a bold, curious mindset, she tackles challenges head-on – crafting sustainable, forward-thinking solutions that disrupt the status quo and reimagine what’s possible. Her work centers on unlocking potential, encouraging courageous thinking, and igniting innovation across organizations and individuals,” said Carlo Emanuele, executive vice president and general manager of Graham Professional, a division of Green Bay-based Little Rapids Corp.

She also volunteers for multiple organizations, including Alverno’s board of trustees, as vice chair for The Opportunity Center, as a board member and chair of the IDEA committee for Visit Milwaukee, for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County, the Marcus Performing Arts Center and as incoming president-elect for Professional Dimensions.
