Kenyatta Sinclair has been promoted to chief equity and human capital officer at Milwaukee-based SaintA. Sinclair was previously the director of leadership development at SaintA, where she was charged with strengthening peer-to-peer learning, identifying and nurturing high-potential staff, and coaching leaders in interpersonal skills and crucial conversations. Since joining SaintA in 2016, Sinclair has also been instrumental in organizing the SaintA Equity Council, a staff workgroup with the mission to recruit and retain a diverse workforce. “Kenyatta has contributed so much to strengthen our equity efforts and has increased our focus on leadership development for existing and emerging leaders,” said SaintA Executive Vice President, Ann Leinfelder Grove.
