QPS Employment Group, Milwaukee, has promoted Kelly Ramirez to regional vice president. Ramirez has been with QPS since 2006. She started as a placement coordinator in QPS’ Milwaukee office and progressed to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager and then Area Manager. Ramirez will oversee operations of QPS’ Milwaukee, Greenfield, Fond du Lac, Appleton and Green Bay branches.
