Recently named Celtic’s new social media strategist, Katie Smallwood provides Celtic social media support as she develops social media strategy, plans and content, oversees digital projects and manages internal social media platforms. Smallwood brings more than three years of experience to the agency, having previously worked on a variety of clients, with emphasis in the nonprofit and transportation industries.
