Chortek LLP, Waukesha, has promoted Julie Schroeder, CPA, to partner in the assurance and accounting practice of the firm. Schroeder works primarily with privately held companies in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, professional services and retail.
Schroeder strives to get to know her clients’ businesses from the bottom up. Her clients appreciate her ability to make constructive suggestions and comments, thereby adding value beyond the basic engagement.
Schroeder also leads the firm’s employee benefit plan audit group and is activity involved in recruiting and training.
Active in her community, Schroeder currently serves as a board member and finance committee chair of ProHealth Care.
