Jim Mueller, the founder, president and CEO of Pewaukee-based health benefits consulting firm Mueller QAAS will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at the annual BizTimes Media Nonprofit Excellence Awards program, in recognition for his support of numerous Milwaukee area organizations.
