Jennifer Fadrowski has joined EmPower HR as Director of Administration. Fadrowski is a selfless leader who loves to serve people and has over 20 years of experience in payroll and administration. As Director of Administration, she will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s Dedicated Service Teams and the Technology & Solutions team. She will focus on creating efficiencies, streamlining processes and ensuring that we are delivering an amazing experience to our clients, our partners and each other.
She attended the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
