Badger Meter Inc., Milwaukee, has promoted Jacob Jasperson from sales support manager to solution architect manager, a new position for the company.
Jasperson has worked for the company since 2009, and in his new role, is overseeing the company’s new “solution architects.” More than a traditional sales team, solution architects support metering customers by providing extensive education prior to a sale, as well as ongoing technical support following a sale. Jasperson will also help provide creative solutions for customers.
Prior to his new role, Jasperson served as a sales support manager, and has also served Badger Meter as a market insights analyst and product marketing specialist. Jasperson received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and economics, as well as a master’s degree in applied economics, from Marquette University.
