Cool Choices Inc., a Madison, WI-based non-profit has hired Don Smeltzer to be their new Director of Business Development. Don will have responsibility for all sales at Cool Choices. Don comes from a global consultancy in Austin, TX where he was a Business Development Director, and prior to that was the VP of National Sales and Marketing for an Austin-based behavioral health company. Don is originally from Germantown, WI, and received his B.S. from UW-Eau Claire, and his M.S. from Marquette University.
