Horizon Retail Construction Inc., Sturtevant, has hired David Bower as project manager. Bower will work at Horizon’s corporate office in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. As a project manager, Bower will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from launch through completion for various retail client accounts. He will be managing the bid process, construction, scheduling, closeouts and warranty.
