Horizon Retail Construction, Inc., Sturtevant, has promoted Dan Atkins to the position of project manager.
Atkins joined the Horizon team in October as a project coordinator and since then has proved his strength in project management. Now, in his new role, he will help drive the construction process for various accounts.
