WHAT HAS FUELED YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? Our associates and the relationships they build with our clients. As well as BSI’s complete Design Build Furnish approach, which is more efficient than the traditional method. This approach is unique. Only a handful of companies nationwide offer such a wide array of products and services utilizing all in-house personnel.  Clients find great value in the ability to stay focused on their core business, and their employees experience far less downtime while we transform their facility into a powerful tool that increases flexibility, communication, flow and productivity.  A great facility helps to attract and retain quality employees and to convey the company culture and image.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE TO YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? Finding enough creative, talented and ambitious individuals with interest or expertise in our industry.

DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? Increase the number of our associates who are certified in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Enviornmental Design).  Our clients are increasingly seeking facilities solutions that are enviornmentally friendly.

WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM? Locally I have a great deal of respect for Sister Edna Lonergan, OSF.  Twenty-five years ago, her vision led to the creation of St. Ann’s Center for Intergenerational Care, to this day (as president and CEO), her inspirational leadership drives the organization forward and helps many local families and individuals.

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? Our industry as a whole (both locally and nationally) is forecasting a downturn from previous years. While we have experienced some slo down, we are optimistic about the remander of this year.  We are working with clients on many large projects and anticipate a strong finish.

Congratulations from these strategic partners:
