After an extensive review process, Catholic Central High School, Burlington, has named Bonnie Scholz as the school’s new principal. Scholz comes to Catholic Central from Pius XI Catholic High School in Milwaukee where she served in various academic and administrative roles for nearly three decades.
In her new role as principal at Catholic Central, Scholz is responsible for promoting the highest standards and expectations for academic performance, behavior and spiritual growth for students. In addition, she is charged with directing and nurturing members of the school faculty, staff and community. Beginning in July, she will oversee day-to-day operations of the high school, including: instructional programming, faculty and staff development, student advancement, faith formation, fundraising and alumni development, finance and marketing.
