Davians, Menomonee Falls, has named Ben Hudson as its first executive chef. Davians is one of the state’s largest providers of catering and events; coffee, vending and micro markets; and dining and corporate café services. In his new role, Hudson leads Davians innovative culinary team, including overseeing menu development, and liaises directly with Davians guests and event hosts acting as their personal chef. Hudson joined Davians in 2014 as executive chef of the re-opened iconic Brown Bottle restaurant.
