CCB Technology Account Executive Alicia Schmitz has been recognized as one of the top seven young professionals in Racine. by The Journal Times. The seven were chosen for their “profit to the city through passion, philanthropy and performance” and had to be under the age of 40 to qualify.
In addition to working full-time at CCB and raising three children with her husband Mark, Alicia is a part of several local organizations and is currently board president for Family Service of Racine. She also volunteers at community events and fundraisers on behalf of CCB, such as golf outings, habitat builds and career days.
For Schmitz, it’s not about being in the spotlight. “People are my passion and giving back to the community is very important to me,” she said.
