Horizon Retail Construction, Inc., Sturtevant, has promoted Abi Sokolowski to project manager. Abi has been a part of the Horizon team since 2011 and has previously held the title of assistant project manager. Now as a project manager, she will be responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of construction projects for various retail clients.
