Godfrey & Kahn, Milwaukee, has elected Krisstina Ebner to shareholder. Ebner is a member of Godfrey & Kahn’s corporate law practice group. A significant portion of her practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations for companies of all sizes and in various industries. Ebner assists a variety of clients with general governance matters and general corporate matters. She also prepares and negotiates customer, supplier, consulting, employment, manufacturing, distribution and license agreements.
