Waukesha State Bank, a full-service community bank with 14 locations in Waukesha County, has hired Linda Yeikowski as mortgage sales manager.
“We are pleased to welcome Linda to the Waukesha State Bank mortgage lending team,” stated Robert B. Helvey, Waukesha State Bank vice president – mortgage lending manager. “Her 30 years of mortgage lending experience will add value to our ongoing commitment of supporting the needs and goals of our customers.”
Yeikowski comes to Waukesha State Bank from Layton State Bank (now North Shore Bank), where she served as vice president residential mortgage sales manager. Her extensive experience includes managing and coaching mortgage loan officers, executing sales strategies, and expanding service, sales and internal collaboration capabilities. Linda holds an associate’s degree in business and accounting from the Milwaukee Area Technical College, and in her new role as mortgage sales manager, she will be responsible for promoting an effective mortgage sales environment through regular sales training and coaching to achieve bank production goals.
She has a very strong commitment to the community, serving as an advisory board member of the Froedtert Hospital Foundation, as a member of both St. Francis and Muskego Chambers of Commerce as well as the Metropolitan Builder’s Association, and as a volunteer for the Make a Wish Foundation.
