Schenck SC is pleased to announce Brad Kussow, CPA, CMA, CM&AA, is one of five to have been recently named shareholder of the organization.
Kussow rejoined the firm as managing director – Transaction Advisory Services. The team serves private equity investors, business owners and senior executives by identifying preliminary financial, tax and accounting issues and areas of risk during the preparation and execution of significant transactions. He has nearly 20 years of public accounting, corporate finance, investment banking and consulting experience in the United States and abroad. He specializes in planning and executing buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects, financial modeling, valuation and working capital analysis.
Kussow holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He serves as treasurer and member of the executive committee and board of directors for the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin. Kussow is also active in coaching youth athletics, including football, basketball and baseball.
