Zilber buys Shiloh Industries buildings in Pleasant Prairie for $10.4 million

An affiliate of Milwaukee-based Zilber Ltd. purchased two industrial buildings in Pleasant Prairie, occupied by Shiloh Industries, for $10.4 million, according to state records.

The buildings, located on an 11.4-acre site at 8200 100th St., have a total of 186,000 square feet of space. One building is 148,000 square feet and the other is 38,000 square feet.

The buildings were previously occupied by Albany-Chicago Company LLC, a aluminum die cast component company, which was acquired by Valley City, Ohio-based Shiloh Industries in 2012.

The deal is the latest of several real estate investments that Zilber has made in Pleasant Prairie and the I-94 corridor between Chicago and Milwaukee.

“It is an extremely hot corridor,” said Zilber Ltd. executive vice president John Kersey.
