Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group recently broke ground to begin construction of a 54,155-square-foot speculative industrial building at 16235 W. Beloit Road, New Berlin.
Construction is expected to be complete in December.
“Given the current demand by users in this submarket, we anticipate that this facility will attract substantial interest from prospective tenants looking to take advantage of a prime location along the I-43 corridor,” said John Kersey, executive vice president of Zilber Ltd.
