A partnership including Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. bought big suburban mall Yorktown Center for about $196 million.
KKR partnered with YTC Pacific to buy the Lombard shopping center. YTC Pacific is a co-investor and will manage the property, KKR said in a news release Thursday.
