Xceligent signs national agreements with major U.S. brokerages

Independence Mo.-based commercial real estate information firm Xceligent Inc. said it has signed multi-year agreements with CBRE Group Inc., Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. for Xceligent researched products.

The agreements provide for access to the Xceligent platform in all existing and future U.S. markets.

“The support of the global firms is an integral piece of our overall plans to successfully bring our services to the entire U.S. market. We are thrilled to have three of the top US brokerage firms support our national expansion plans, which will accelerate market penetration,” said Doug Curry, Xceligent founder and CEO.  “These relationships will enrich the competitive landscape for commercial real estate information and lend tremendous credibility to our mission and objectives.”

Currently available in over 40 markets, Xceligent said it will next launch its services in the Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Cleveland markets then continue the expansion into the largest 65 U.S. markets by 2016.
