Innovative Health & Fitness in Franklin will host a special “Workout for Wishes” Zumbathon charity event on Saturday, Feb. 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will raise funds for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.
“Our mission is to bring the community together to cultivate positive relationships and prove that when everyone donates a little of themselves, great things can be accomplished,” said Tammy Flynn, organizer and a New Berlin Business owner.
Attendees will be able to enjoy two hours of Zumba followed by drinks and appetizers at Innovative Health & Fitness. Limited child care facilities for 25 children will be available first come first served and for an extra $5 charge.
Flynn also organizes An Evening of Elegance, a fundraising event where 100 percent of all proceeds benefit the charities. Flynn has set out with the same goal of zero administrative costs for Workout for Wishes, she said.
Tickets are available for $20 a person and may be purchased at Innovative Health & Fitness 8802 S. 102 Street, Franklin.
