Wisconsin Oven completes addition

East Troy-based Wisconsin Oven Corp. has completed a 30,000-square-foot addition to its facility.

The industrial heat treating equipment manufacturer added the space because of record shipments and growth in 2013. It is 50 feet high, making it the tallest building in East Troy.

The addition will be used to manufacture very large projects for the automotive, aerospace, mining and energy industries. It includes two 20-ton cranes and two 10-ton cranes.

Wisconsin Oven owner Phillipe Blandinieres named the expansion after president and chief executive officer Dave Strand. It will begin operations on June 16.
