Wheaton Franciscan is considering plans to purchase a 25,237-square-foot retail building at 10180 Washington Ave. in Sturtevant to establish a new clinic.
The building was previously occupied by Floortech Interiors.
“We are considering buying the property…but it not yet been approved by our board,” said Wheaton Franciscan spokeswoman Anne Ballentine. “Therefore, we are not yet ready to talk about potential plans.”
The building is located near the Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group – All Saints/Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Services clinic at 10340 Washington Ave.
