A West Bend shopping center has sold to a Town of Delafield real estate investor for $3.66 million. Located at 770-806 W. Paradise Drive, in a large commercial cluster off Highway 45, the property was purchased by Green Band, LLC. The registered agent of the company is Jason Hilgart, according to state records. It was sold by a Chicago investor. Built in 2007, the 25,135-square foot retail strip sits on roughly three acres and is currently home to a Petco, nail salon, and an Anytime Fitness.
