What has fueled your company’s growth? “Weldall has been able to work with our customers as true partners, which has allowed these relationships to flourish. Open communication allows both sides to realize a truly mutually beneficial relationship that allows all involved to succeed. Being able to obtain new, and retain existing, clients who realize the value of this type of arrangement is key to the continued growth of Weldall.”

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “Finding skilled labor, managing rapid growth, and rising health care costs.”

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? “We are completing the installation of a new Robotic Beveling Cell, have purchased a new large machining center, and are, as always, reviewing our overall manufacturing efficiency for further opportunities of improvement including the review and potential inclusion of Six Sigma and other Lean practices.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “Our business outlook is good. The fact that we are able to diversify our customer base through many different industries allows us to weather most situations well. We continue our efforts to expand this diversification to ensure the continued robust growth we have experienced throughout our company’s history.”

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession? “As mentioned above, partnerships with a diverse range of clients is key to minimizing the effect of any recession and being able to quickly rise out of a downturn when things start looking up.”
