A new 38,000-square-foot Walmart Neighborhood Market store opens today at 3850 N. 124th St., Wauwatosa. A grand opening celebration was held this morning.
The store, located at the intersection of 124th Street and Capitol Drive, occupies a space that formerly houses a Jewel-Osco store.
The Walmart Neighborhood Market stores provide groceries, pharmacy items and some general merchandise.
The opening of the Wauwatosa store is creating 80 full and part-time jobs.
