Waukesha State Bank announces promotions

Waukesha State Bank’s board of directors has promoted three of the bank’s team members.

Becky Green has been promoted to assistant vice president – deposit services manager, Dale Wagner has been named assistant vice president – electronic banking manager, and Natalie Walters is now assistant vice present – commercial banking officer.

Green has worked for Waukesha State Bank since 1997, when she was hired as a teller. She transitioned into deposit services in 1998 and, after serving in multiple roles in that department, was promoted to deposit services manager in 2005. In her new role, Green will continue to operate the deposit services department and will also serve as a member of the bank’s security team.

Wagner has close to 40 years of financial experience and has served Waukesha State Bank in 1975, when he started as a computer operator. Throughout his tenure with the bank, he has ascended to positions that include programmer/analyst and manager of payroll complete. In his new position, he will continue to oversee the bank’s electronic banking capabilities, which include online banking, bill pay, mobile banking and wire transfers.

Walters began working for Waukesha State Bank in 1998 as a student coop teller in downtown Waukesha, followed by time serving as new accounts representative and assistant teller supervisor in the Silvernail office. Walters left the bank from 2004 to 2006, when she became a personal banker in Oconomowoc. In 2007 she was promoted to bank manager and three years later was named commercial banking officer. In her new leadership capacity, Walters will continue to handle commercial loan portfolios.
