Vickie Volpano has been named to the board of directors. She is senior vice president and chief operating officer at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin Inc.
Katie Hibbard has been promoted to bank manager at the Brookfield office of Waukesha State Bank on Capitol Drive.
