Waukesha State Bank adds online loan origination service

Waukesha-based Waukesha State Bank has added online loan origination to its service offerings.

The bank is offering the origination on its website through Davis + Henderson Corp.’s Mortgagebot solution.

“Our new online solution will allow us to provide customers with the best lending experience possible, whether they are looking for a mortgage, home equity or personal loan,” said Tracy Delimat, vice president and mortgage lending manager. “It will play an important role in our service delivery by offering borrowers a superior online application experience and automate the loan application process.”

According to the bank, the service will allow its loan specialists to focus on helping consumers find the right loan, rather than spending time on preliminary steps and application completion.

“This online solution will help make our lending process more efficient,” Delimat said. “When an application comes in, it feeds right into our loan origination system, so that our loan specialists don’t need to rekey the information. Instead, they can concentrate on the consultative process to help borrowers choose the loan that is best for them.”

Waukesha State Bank has 14 branches in Waukesha County.
