A Waukesha retail center has been sold to an undisclosed buyer for $3.95 million.

The 25,040-square-foot property, at 2140 W. St. Paul Ave., was owned by R Equities VI LLC, which is registered to Thomas Richter, a Brookfield real estate broker.

It is assessed by Waukesha County for $2.66 million.

The multi-tenant retail center is 92 percent occupied and includes Great Clips, Sally Beauty Supply, Edward Jones and Cousins Subs. A Kohl’s department store is connected to the property.
