Waukesha industrial building sold for $2 million

A 44,342-square-foot industrial building on a 2,83 acre site at 1711 Paramount Ct., Waukesha, was sold recently for $2,061,903.

The building was purchased by Paramount Court Associates LLC, a group of investors that are leasing the building to J.H. Fagan. The building was sold by First Industrial Realty Trust, a Chicago-based real estate investment trust (REIT).

J.H. Fagan, a distributor of appliances and electronics, will move its headquarters to the building from its current location at 2450 S. 170th St. in New Berlin.

Bill Langhoff of Colliers International|Wisconsin represented the seller and Bob Gintoft of Ogden & Company represented the seller in brokering the sale of the building.
