Bethesda, Md.-based Walker & Dunlop Inc., a commercial real estate finance company, recently opened a Milwaukee area office in a 3,700-square-foot space at 142 E. Capitol Dr., Hartland. The company has 11 offices in the U.S.
Walker & Dunlop has a primary focus on multifamily lending, but the firm said its Milwaukee office will focus on financing of “all types of income producing properties
including office, apartments, hotels, industrial and retail in the Midwest region.”
Walker & Dunlop hired James Cope and Patrick Dempsey as senior vice presidents for the Milwaukee office. Previously, Cope and Dempsey were senior vice presdients for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.
