Menomonee Falls-based Vestica Healthcare recently leased 20,000 square feet of office space at 1000 W. Donges Bay Road in Mequon.
The lease is a “pure expansion” move for Vestica, said Kevin Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry, who represented the firm in brokering the lease. The building owner, Norscot Group, was represented by Jim Cavanaugh and John Mazza of CBRE.
“(Vestica) has been growing very well,” said Barry. The firm will use the space primarily as a call center, he said.
The space was formerly occupied by the corporate headquarters of Mortgagebot LLC, which moved earlier this year 2.5 miles north to a 40,000-square-foot space in the East Mequon Corporate Center V building at 12080 N. Corporate Parkway.
