Valveworks to move New Berlin operations to Waukesha

Bossier City, La.-based Valveworks USA plans to move its operations at 2815 S. 171 St., New Berlin, to an 80,000-square-foot space at 920 S. Prairie Ave. in Waukesha. The company is leasing the space from Stippich Enterprises Inc.

The Waukesha space is about double the size of the company’s New Berlin space, said Jeff Hoffman of Judson & Associates. Hoffman and Mike Judson of Judson & Associates brokered the lease for the tenant and the landlord.

Valveworks, which manufactures valves for the oil and gas industry, plans to increase its local employment from 90 to 130 employees, Hoffman said.
