An affiliate of Pewaukee-based Ursa Logistics recently purchased a 46,000-square-foot industrial building at 6925 S. 6th St., Oak Creek, for $3 million, according to state records.

The property was sold by an affiliate of Black Diamond Group Inc., an asphalt producer and commercial paving contractor.

Black Diamond built the building in 2012 for its headquarters. The property has an assessed value of about $2 million, according to county records.

The building was constructed with extra space for additional tenants. Black Diamond hired Pewaukee-based Judson & Associates, which leased the additional space to three tenants, including Ursa Logistics,
a trucking company that specializes in contract transportation for the U.S. Postal Service.

Judson & Associates also brokered the sale of the building.
