A 7,243-square-foot home located in the Village of Summit on the shore of Upper Nashotah Lake was sold recently for $2.95 million, according to state records.

Built in 2006, the home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an inground salt water pool and lighted tennis/basketball court, according to a real estate listing on Redfin.

The home was sold by John M. and Mary A. Poblocki of of Naples, Florida to Eric Weiss, according to state records. John Poblocki is the owner of West Allis-based Poblocki Paving Corp. Weiss is a surgeon with Aurora Health Care.
