What has fueled your company’s growth? Being responsive to our customers and building a team of great employees with the entrepreneurial spirit and passion to create a service oriented company that exceeds the expectations of our customers.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? Continuing to find key people.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? Over the past year we have added more than 50 electricians/technicians and six new office staff. We will continue expanding the services we provide at the request of our customers such as our facilities-based accounts like Miller Park and other large facilities in town. We will also continue recruiting with our expansion into the Madison area market in 2008.

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? There are many local and national leaders that we admire. However, the traits they all have in common are their strong leadership as practitioners in professional integrity, passion, leadership in the community and a true caring for people.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? Our outlook is very good!
