Two Pentvia Partners join Eisen Fox

Todd Manderfield and Daniel Van Housen have joined mergers and acquisitions advisory firm Eisen Fox & Company LLC in Milwaukee.

Manderfield, who was named senior vice president, previously served as executive vice president of Milwaukee M&A advisory firm Pentvia Partners. He has six years of experience in completing lower middle market deals.

Van Housen, hired as vice president, previously served as vice president at Pentvia Partners. He has worked as an investment banker for the lower middle market for the past two years.

“As the M&A market continues to gain momentum, Todd and I are excited to join Vicki and the rest of the team at Eisen Fox,” said Vice President Daniel Van Housen.  “The move to Eisen Fox allows us to increase our collective reach and will provide our clients with a stronger investment banking team.”

Both Manderfield and Van Housen also have manufacturing experience. They have recently completed several sales and acquisitions for owners of privately held businesses, including WEM Automation’s sale to Mendota Group and HealthStyle Press’ sale to The Wellness Network.

“Todd and Daniel bring a great deal of M&A experience to Eisen Fox, as well as strong relationships with buyers, sellers and advisors that will benefit our clients.  Their operational and industry experience also provides a high level of understanding of the issues business owners face”, said Vicki Fox, managing director of Eisen Fox. “Their extensive backgrounds and proven track records bring great value to our clients and complement our team’s strong M&A capabilities.”
