Local landlords Sterling Bay Cos. and M&J Wilkow Ltd. are putting two well-leased downtown office buildings up for sale amid an improving office investment market.
Chicago-based Sterling Bay has hired CBRE Inc. to sell the 12-story structure at 300 W. Adams St., while Wilkow has hired Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to market the 30-story tower at 20 S. Clark St.
