Raymond Management Company plans to build a 143-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel and a 130-room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel near the airport.
Middleton-based Raymond Management Company plans to build a 143-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel and a 130-room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel along the east side of South Howell Avenue in Milwaukee, southwest of Mitchell International Airport. The three-story, 85,000-square-foot Hilton Garden Inn building and the 84,000-square-foot Hampton Inn & Suites building will share a parking lot and will be built on the former site of St. Stephen Catholic Church.
