Two AmericInn hotels in Walworth County sold

Deerfield, Ill.-based Grand Central Holdings LLP recently sold a pair of Walworth County AmericInn hotels, according to state records.

The 57-room AmericInn Lodge & Suites at 210 E. Commerce Ct. in Elkhorn was sold for $1.1 million to Hari Property Inc. The 50-room AmericInn Lodge & Suites at 2709 Browns Lake Dr. in Burlington was sold for $1 million to TOK Hotel LLC.

The registered agent for Grand Central Holdings is John W. Burrus of Deerfield, Ill. The registered agent for Hari Property Inc. is Jayantilal Patel and the registered agent for TOK Hotel is Hasmukh Patel.

The Elkhorn hotel has an average daily rate of $79, RevPar (revenue per available room) of $23 and in 2011 had revenue of $547,000, according to LoopNet. The Burlington Hotel has an average daily rate of $81, RevPar of $23 and in 2011 had revenue of $427,000.
