TV Chef comes to Milwaukee

Bravo Television’s “Top Chef” Season 2 Winner Chef Ilan Hall will cook alongside ChopHouse Chef Tyler Malson for fans at the Milwaukee ChopHouse on May 13.

Malson was a former roommate of Hall’s when they studied together at the Culinary Institute of America.

The planned 5-course dinner is being called, “A Night in the ChopHouse,” and will feature creamed cashew popcorn soup, topped with spicy watermelon, smoked guinea hen poutine, malt-glazed Scottish lamb sausage, pork chops and specialty rice pudding. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13 at the Milwaukee ChopHouse, 633 N Fifth St. Reservations can be made by calling (414) 226-2467, the cost is $95 a person.
