The work we do and the consultants who work here.  We specialize in organizational optimization.  We help clients realize top line and bottom line increases by improving their organization in the areas of: strategy, management and execution.  Our average consultant has 21+ years of experience, so clients see and feel the value very quickly.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE TO YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? Being only 4.5 years old, most companies have not heard of us.

DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? We plan on continuing to add top-flight business development folks and recruiters for all offices.  We will also be hiring for leadership positions within the firm.

WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM? I admire a lot of executives that I have had the pleasure of getting to know.  Locally, I admire the members of my COSBE CEO Roundtable, all are great people first, great business people second.  Also locally, I admire Dennis Kuester.  I admire his faith, his character and his ability as a CEO.

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? Our industry of management consulting looks positive in the near future, as companies look to us to figure out ways to improve their businesses P&L.  We continue to show value by tightening the alignment between strategy, management and execution.
